About
The idea for Kathy and Cara’s blog evolved out of their daily practice of representing clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, providing freedom to operate and patentability counsel, and monitoring activities of clients’ competitors. The basic premise for Patent Divas is to provide a platform for Kathy and Cara to share information they uncover – whether amusing, odd, frightening, or just pure information. Though the greater part of their work involves the life science and chemical industries, they, as do most patent attorneys, represent clients from a variety of disciplines. Thus, the majority of their postings have a biotech perspective while some postings on occasion are more general.
